Ticket Purchase Terms
TorontoTours.com is an Internet-based ticket purchasing web site. At Toronto Tours Ltd. we strive to make your ticket purchasing experience as easy and convenient as possible.
Only the customer will be aware of any problems that may occur during their purchasing process. If you do not receive an emailed confirmation within 24 hours of submitting payment information, or should the customer experience error messages or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm with the Toronto Tours Call Centre via email to tickets@torontotours.com or by calling 416-868-0400 collect immediately to specify whether or not an order has been placed. TorontoTours.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) should a customer assume that an order was not placed because they failed to receive or obtain an email confirmation for an order placed by them.
